We are obliged to deliver only to the address which you have specified and we will not be liable for any loss or damage which occurs because you are unable to take delivery at the place specified.

We reserve the right to withdraw your capacity to purchase products and services from Cloth at any time without notice. Termination in these circumstances will take effect after our obligations to supply and deliver the products and your obligations to pay for and accept the product has been completed in accord with the remainder of these terms and conditions.

If you make an order it is deemed and constitutes an offer by you to purchase the number of products or services for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified by Cloth administration at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this Cloth Site and Cloth Outlets or an error in your order.

Prices of products and services and delivery and other charges displayed on this Cloth Site are current at the time of issue but may change at any time and are subject to availability. The availability of products may change from time to time.

RETURNS

Customer Satisfaction

Our very best efforts go in providing our customers with detailed and accurate descriptions of the products offered for purchase on www.clothbymedina.com and your pleasure at receiving your order is our priority.
Please read the following policy regarding returns and exchanges carefully.
If you are in anyway unsure, please email us at clothbymedina@gmail.com We will accept returns or exchange in the following circumstances:

  • The item is not as it was described on www.clothbymedina.com
  • The item is damaged or faulty. You must not sign and accept the delivery of any package that is visibly damaged in a way that may suggest that the contents may have been damaged in transit.
  • You have contacted us by email within 5 working days of receiving the item.
  • The products and its original packaging are in new, unused, pristine and unmarked condition.

Cloth management is not responsible for any returning product that has been used by the purchaser. We do not sell or ship damaged items. All of our items are handmade or hand-finished and may have imperfections. This will be described in the Item description and will not constitute a case for returning the piece. If you consider an item flawed or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

We will not accept returns or exchange in the following circumstances:

  • You have ordered the wrong size or color
  • You change your mind
  • Products are as described in the item description

Exchange Process

If you wish to obtain a refund or exchange please email details to clothbymedina@gmail.com

  • Provide the reason for your return and contact details to enable us to discuss the return with you and provide you with information on the return. Items must be packaged to prevent damage on the return voyage. Shipping and wrapping costs are non-refundable. Cloth will have the faulty product returned and replaced at no extra charge within the time frame as mention above.

PRIVACY TERMS

In using the website, you may give us personal information in which you have certain rights. Cloth has the responsibility not to use your valuable information to sell or abuse to other parties.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

Buying and paying for an Item

Payment security is a high priority for us and our customers.

PayPal provides a secure payment gateway and does not store your credit card details online. The customer will pay the
purchase price specified on the website at the time of purchase and any associated shipping and insurance charges based on the shipping options selected.
All amounts are stated in Indonesia Rupiah.

All orders must be paid in advance (we treat every order as Pro-forma invoice). Items will not be shipped until full payment has been made and cleared.

BANK TRANSFER

Cloth bank details will be found at the bottom of your printed invoice, please make sure all the bank fees are bond to customers expenses.
