Cloth By Medina – Trading Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Cloth By Medina. These Trading Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all sales, purchases, and transactions between Cloth By Medina ("we," "our," or "us") and our customers or partners ("you" or "your"). By engaging in business with us, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Cloth By Medina upholds the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Every product embodies our values of sustainability, ethical sourcing, and timeless design. Imperfections may be present as part of the artisanal process and are considered a signature of authenticity.

2. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Large volume or bespoke orders may require additional lead time and are subject to separate agreements.

3. Pricing

  • Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • For wholesale and trade customers, eligibility for trade pricing requires meeting our minimum order value and quantity.

  • Additional discounts or arrangements may be negotiated separately and confirmed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to initiate all custom or wholesale orders. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.

  • Retail purchases must be paid in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • We take great care in packing your goods to ensure safe delivery.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the size and nature of your order. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs clearance.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We take pride in our craftsmanship. However, if you receive an item that is defective due to a production fault, we will replace or exchange it within 5 working days of receipt.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Custom-made or sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Consumer Protection

We comply with the Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (UU Perlindungan Konsumen) and ensure fair treatment in every transaction. Our commitment to excellence means that each product meets rigorous quality control standards, though slight variations reflect the handcrafted nature of our work.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and content remain the intellectual property of Cloth By Medina and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Liability

  • We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Our liability in connection with any product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through amicable discussions or, if necessary, through the Indonesian legal system.
