2. Where are your products made?

All of our products are handcrafted in Bali and other parts of Indonesia. We work directly with local artisans, empowering communities while preserving traditional techniques such as natural dyeing and hand weaving.

3. What materials do you use?

We use natural materials like organic cotton, hessian, teak wood, suar wood, banana pulp, and botanically dyed fabrics. Each material is sourced responsibly, supporting sustainability and fair trade.

4. Do you support sustainable practices?

Absolutely. Sustainability is at the heart of our brand. We practice eco-friendly production, use plant-based dyes, minimize waste, and ensure every item is made under ethical working conditions.

5. Can I shop online and ship internationally?

Yes, you can shop through our website, and we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location.

6. Do you have physical stores?

Yes, we currently have locations in Ubud and Sanur, Bali. Each store showcases our full product range and offers a sensory experience of our brand values.

8. What is your wholesale policy?

Wholesale pricing is available for approved buyers. A minimum purchase of IDR 30,000,000 qualifies for a 20% discount. Lamp bases and lampshades follow a separate pricing structure. Minimum quantity per style is 6 pieces. For further discounts or custom orders, please register with the cloth wholesale team.

9. How do I care for your products?

Each product comes with a care label. Most of our soft furnishings are made from natural fibers and should be gently hand-washed or dry cleaned. Avoid direct sunlight for dyed items to preserve their botanical colors.

10. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we welcome custom orders for projects such as villas, restaurants, and spas. Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll be happy to assist with design, material selection, and production timelines.

11. Can I borrow products for styling or photography?

12. What is your return policy?

You may return unused items within 2 days of receipt in their original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final and non-refundable. Returns are at your expense unless otherwise agreed.

13. How are your artisans supported?

We ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and opportunities for skill development. Many of our artisans are women working from rural communities, and your purchase directly supports their livelihood.
