Terms and Conditions – Furnishing for Villas, Hotels, or Resorts
1. Scope of Service
Cloth By Medina We offers furnishing solutions for villas, hotels, and resort properties, including but not limited to:

Interior textiles (cushions, curtains, throws, bedding)

Lighting (lamp bases, lampshades)
-
Decor accessories
-
Furniture and custom-built pieces
-
Consultation and curation services
This service includes the option for customized design, sourcing, and sustainable material application based on your specific project needs.
2. Design Consultation & Project Brief

A preliminary consultation (online or in person) is required to understand your property’s theme, brand essence, and furnishing needs.

A formal design brief and quotation will be provided based on agreed deliverables.

Additional consultation or site visits may incur a separate fee depending on project location and scope.
3. Quotation and Pricing
-
Pricing is based on selected materials, quantity, design complexity, and delivery terms.

All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance.

Prices exclude VAT, shipping, customs duty, and on-site installation unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment Terms
-
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon order confirmation.

The remaining 50% is due before dispatch or upon project handover, whichever comes first.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.
5. Lead Time & Delivery
-
Lead time varies depending on project size and complexity (average production: 4–12 weeks).

We will provide a projected delivery timeline upon confirmation.

Shipping arrangements can be managed by the client or handled by our logistics partners with tracking updates.
6. Custom Orders and Revisions

Custom orders will follow the approved design and specification sheet.

Any change requests after production starts may incur additional charges and affect lead time.
7. Sustainability & Ethical Practice

All materials are sourced responsibly and crafted by artisans using traditional techniques.

Clients are encouraged to align their interior goals with eco-friendly and fair-trade values.

Certification or documentation on ethical sourcing can be provided upon request.
8. Installation (Optional)

Installation services are available for projects in Bali and selected international locations.

Installation fees and travel arrangements are to be covered by the client if outside our base of operations.
9. Warranty & Liability

A warranty of 6 months applies to all manufacturing defects under normal use.

Cloth By Medina is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, weather exposure, or mishandling by third parties.
10. Intellectual Property

All design proposals, material samples, and mood boards remain the intellectual property of Cloth By Medina unless otherwise stated in a contract.

Reproduction of designs without written consent is prohibited.
11. Cancellation Policy
-
Orders canceled within 5 working days of deposit payment may be eligible for partial refund (less material and design costs).

After production begins, cancellation will result in forfeiture of deposit and recovery of any additional incurred costs.
12. Force Majeure
Cloth By Medina shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
