Cloth by Medina fully complies with Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen), ensuring that:

Legal Channels: Where amicable solutions are not possible, disputes may be referred to Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Konsumen (BPSK) or addressed through lawful proceedings.
